The 43rd Blue Dragon Film Awards 2022 Hosts Announced
On November 18, the Blue Dragon Film Awards announced the MCs for the 43rd Blue Dragon Film Awards. Two prominent actors, Kim Hye Soo and Yoo Yeon Seok, will reunite as co-hosts for the fifth consecutive year.
The ceremony of the upcoming event to be held at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on November 25 at 8:30 pm.
In response to her appointment as one of the co-hosts of prestigious Korean film events, Kim Hye Soo conveyed,
“There were many difficulties this year, but I would like to express my deep gratitude to the filmmakers and audiences for overcoming them well.”

Meanwhile, Yoo Yeon Seok said,
“As an MC for the ‘Blue Dragon Film Awards’ this year, it is an honor to be with many people who love movies. Thank you to the audience for your support and response to the Korean film industry, and I hope the Blue Dragon Film Awards will be a festival that brings comfort to some people, touches and delights others.”

Kim Hye Soo and Yoo Yeon Seok to Co-Host Blue Dragon Film Awards for the Fifth Consecutive Year
Actress Kim Hye Soo is called the ‘Blue Dragon lady’ both in name and reality. She made her debut as the MC at the Blue Dragon Film Awards in 1993.
Since then, the actress has led the awards ceremony every year, except in 1998, when actress Hyejin Shim was the MC. Her stable hosting skills, as well as her stunning dress appearance on the red carpet, always drew attention.
Currently, the actress is starring in the tvN’s “Under the Queen’s Umbrella” and has amazed the audience with her stunning performance as Queen Im Hwa Rung. Her previous dramas that you cannot miss are “Signal” (2016), “Hyena” (2020), and “Juvenile Justice” (2022).
Meanwhile, Yoo Yeon Seok debuted as the ceremony’s co-host at the 39th Blue Dragon Film Awards in 2018 alongside actress Kim Hye-soo. This year marks both actors as the co-host of the Blue Dragon Film Awards for the fifth consecutive year.
Furthermore, actor Yoo Yeon Seok who is famous for his role in the hit drama “Hospital Playlist 2,” continued to shine with his roles drama the movie “Narco-Saints” (2022) and “Vanishing” (2022). In addition, his upcoming romantic drama with Moon Ga Young, “Interests of Love,” will reportedly premiere next month.
