2024 KBS Entertainment Awards Winners Announced
On December 21, the 2024 KBS Entertainment Awards ceremony took place at the KBS New Building Open Hall in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The network’s annual event recognizes excellence in variety entertainment. This year’s star-studded ceremony was hosted by the dynamic trio of actor Lee Joon, rapper-singer Lee Young Ji, and singer Lee Chan Won.
This year, Lee Chan Won took home two top awards, the Grand Prize (Daesang) and the Entertainer of the Year Award. In his acceptance speech, Lee Chan Won said,
“I entered KBS for the first time 16 years ago through the National Singing Contest. Since my official debut in 2020, I have appeared on various KBS programs. I have loved variety shows since childhood, and I cannot give up my life as a broadcaster and entertainer. In the future, I will continue to bring joy and laughter to viewers through KBS.”

Moreover, Karina from aespa, who made her solo debut as one of the cast members in two variety shows this year, “Synchro U” and “Agents of Mystery,” won the Rookie Award for Show and Variety category.
