On the other hand, the electric scooter that Suga was driving is classified as a “motorized bicycle.” In this case, he will face criminal charges equivalent to those for drunk driving in an automobile.

This raises concerns that Suga may not have properly fulfilled his duties the day after drinking and that his service agency might have given him special treatment.
