An official from the broadcasting industry reportedly stated to OSEN that the Arthdal Chronicles Season 2: The Sword of Aramoon release date would be in September this year. They believed the drama would take on tvN’s weekend drama slot on Saturday and Sunday. And the company would broadcast the series in September, replacing The Uncanny Counter Season 2.

Responding to the circulating rumors on the release date of Arthdal Chronicles Season 2, tvN finally released an official statement.
According to E-Daily and Newsen reports, tvN confirmed nothing about Arthdal Chronicles Season 2 release date. A tvN official explained in a phone call that they simply planned on airing the Korean drama during the second half of this year. However, the company has yet to specify the exact date of its broadcast.
“The Season 2 of Arthdal Chronicles is scheduled to release within the second half of this year. However, no broadcasting schedule is available yet.”
