ATEEZ San Celebrates His Birthday with a COVID-19 Positive

The shocking news comes from ATEEZ San, who recently tests positive for COVID-19 and currently is asymptomatic. This is such a heartbreaking news in the middle of his birthday celebration on July 10.

ATEEZ Suspends All Activities as San Is Positive for COVID-19

Previously, ATEEZ was in voluntary self-quarantine after finding out an external staff working with them was positive for COVID-19. At that time, all ATEEZ members tested negative for COVID-19. They planned to resume all scheduled activities after a few days of self-quarantine.

Unfortunately, with the news that ATEEZ San condition, they should suspend their scheduled activities.

Hello, this is KQ Entertaiment.
This is to inform you that on the afternoon of July 9, ATEEZ’s San was notified that he was confirmed to have asymptomatic COVID-19.
On July 8, the agency had stated the ATEEZ members had all tested negative and were not classified as close contacts, and therefore would resume their scheduled activities.
Ahead of his scheduled work event that day, Yunho voluntarily decided to get another PCR test for the safety of everyone involved. He received a negative result and attended his event as planned.
The other members also decided to get another PCR test for their future scheduled activities, and San was notified that he was positive for asymptomatic COVID-19. Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, Wooyoung, and Jongho all received negative results.
From this moment, ATEEZ will suspend all their scheduled activities. All the members and their staff will actively participate with the instructions and procedures given by the disease control authorities.
