On August 29, an exclusive report from OSEN revealed that Kim Jisoo from Kpop girl group BLACKPINK had received an offer to star in the new romantic drama “Monthly Boyfriend.”
In response to the report, a representative from BLISSOO, Jisoo’s solo label, confirmed the news and stated,
“She has received the proposal and is currently reviewing it.”

Idol actress Kim Jisoo from BLACKPINK made her acting debut with the JTBC romantic melodrama “Snowdrop“ in 2022. In this hit drama, she co-starred with “Love Next Door“ actor Jung Hae In. Moreover, she made a special appearance in the thrilling movie “Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman“ in 2023.
Furthermore, Jisoo recently completed an exciting film based on a famous web novel, “Omniscient Reader.” In the film, she co-starred with renowned actors, including Ahn Hyo Seop, Lee Min Ho, Chae Soo Bin, Nana, Shin Seung Ho, Choi Young Joon, Park Ho San, Jung Sung Il, and more.
