In an unexpected twist, the popular Kpop group BTOB is starting a new chapter. The members are making significant changes after spending 11 years with Cube Entertainment. Changsub has joined Fantagio and plans to keep working with the current group. Meanwhile, the other four BTOB members – Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Hyunsik, and Peniel – have teamed up with a new agency. But there’s a big question: what will Sungjae, the youngest BTOB member, do next? With most of the members finding new places, everyone is eager to see where Sungjae will go. It’s a real mystery keeping fans on the edge of their seats.
5 Members of BTOB Signed with New Agencies
On December 18, Korean media reported that four members of BTOB—Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Hyunsik, and Peniel—have inked exclusive contracts with a new agency, following their departure from Cube Entertainment. This move ensures that these members will continue their activities as a unit. Details about the company’s name and BTOB’s upcoming projects are expected to be announced shortly.
A spokesperson from the new agency shared their excitement about working with BTOB. They emphasized that the agency is focused on supporting their group activities. With Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Hyunsik, and Peniel on board, they show a commitment to work together. To facilitate the success of this renowned third-generation Kpop group in diverse entertainment sectors, the agency plans to form specialized teams with experts in each area.
In related news, on November 22, Changsub officially joined Fantagio. Fantagio has stated their support for Changsub’s desire to continue promoting with BTOB. Additionally, they will assist in aligning his individual and group activities.
With these developments, all members except Sungjae have secured new agreements, leaving Sungjae’s future plans as the only uncertainty within the group.
