According to an official, BTS filmed their performances for BTS Week on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. It was reported that RM, Suga, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook filmed late in the afternoon. BTS at Gyeongbokgung Palace (경복궁) to film the performance so that it was closed for public during that time.

This is awesome to see that the well-known boy group from South Korea will be performing at a historical site for the popular U.S. television network. It is not surprising since BTS is an honorary ambassador for tourism in Korea since 2017.

The Gyeongbokgung Palace is Korea’s cultural heritage no. 117 and one of the most popular tourist attractions. This historical palace was built in 1395 and famous as the most beautiful and largest palace among the five palaces in South Korea. This palace is also referred to as the Northern Palace as its location is the furthest north compared to the neighbouring palaces of Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace) Palace.

Reported that BTS was at Gyeongbokgung Palace filming five performances. The recorded performance will be aired on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for 5 nights (or days in South Korea) or called BTS Week. The septet will have 5 performances in 5 nights (or days in South Korea).

So far, we haven’t got any spoiler yet on what are those 5 performances. But to be sure, BTS first full-English single Dynamite will be one of them. Let’s wait how the performance of BTS at Gyeongbokgung Palace will be.
