Two of the BTS members, BTS Suga (Yoongi) and J-Hope (Hobi), reacted to Billboard Hot 100 announcement by sending messages and selcas to share their happiness via the Weverse app.

On the first message, Suga screamed as he couldn’t believe Butter stayed for seven weeks already, and he thanked the ARMY on the second message.

Then, J-Hope said, “7… ARMY is the best.”

The single ‘Butter” was released on May 21 and debuted at No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 on June 5. It marked the track as the eighth song in Billboard Hot 100 chart history that stays at No.1 on the chart for seven consecutive weeks. And, it also the second track for a group after “One Sweet Day” by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men in 1995.
