Mexican daily, El Universal, reported on October 4 at 10 AM KST that there was an intense discussion about BTS performance at the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar opening ceremony.

“We will be receiving impressive news from BTS within as soon as a few hours. At the moment, there is a strong talk that BTS will feature a performance at the Qatar World Cup opening ceremony. And they will be performing in front of 60,000 spectators.”
