BIGHIT music confirmed that BTS eldest hyung Kim Seok Jin would NOT be able to fully participate in “Permission to Dance (PTD) on Stage” Las Vegas because of his finger injury. Check out the following detailed explanation.

Kpop fans, while we have all been excited about BTS performance “Permission to Dance (PTD) on Stage” in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, BTS Jin has to join the performance partially because of his finger injury.

On April 8, BIGHIT MUSIC posted an official statement regarding BTS Jin finger injury, which will affect his participation in BTS concert in Las Vegas.

“Hello.

This is Big Hit Music.

We would like to inform you regarding BTS member Jin’s performance during the “BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LAS VEGAS” concerts scheduled on April 8, 9, 15 and 16 (PT).

Jin’s choreography and stage performances will be limited to a certain extent. We ask for the understanding and support from all our fans.”

BTS Kim Seok Jin Has NOT Fully Recovered from His Finger Injury

While some fans may be disappointed about the news, they have come to understand the situation completely. After all, BTS Jin has NOT yet fully recovered from his finger injury following his previous surgery. As previously discussed, it may take some time and more therapy for the wound to become completely healed.

“As previously informed March 19 (KST), Jin had injured his left index finger. The tendons in his finger had been partially damaged and underwent surgery to repair the extensor in the finger.

The doctor had suggested that Jin refrain from vigorous movement. That is because any excessive moments or impact on his finger while he is still recovering from the injury may force him to undergo another surgery.”

That is why even during their miraculous Grammy performance, BTS Jin had to refrain from performing the choreography with the other members.

Instead, he performed while sitting as the handsomely gorgeous overwatch that guided the other BTS secret agents throughout the performance. Even with his casted hand, BTS Jin didn’t seem bothered at all and showcased his outstanding acting talent with his utmost dedication.

Actor Simon Pegg who played hacker Benji in the famous movie, “Mission Impossible” even stated that BTS Jin would make a wonderful new Benji!

BTS Jin Had Wanted to Perform Badly

Furthermore, while BIGHIT also mentioned that BTS Jin had badly wanted to perform, the medical professionals clearly stated that he must minimize his movements to fully recover. Because once he overdoes his efforts, there’s a chance he might have to undergo another surgery. And there is no way we all want that.

Besides, we had also seen how painful BTS Jin injury was when he accidentally nudged his finger with his own knees. It was truly rare to see Jin almost scream in pain.
