BTS Suga Goes “Over the Horizon” with Samsung Galaxy, a New Version

The brilliant music producer, BTS Suga “Yoongi”, has gone “Over the Horizon” with his own version of the Samsung Galaxy theme song.

The sensational Kpop boy group, BTS, has gone beyond the limits of the Kpop industry. Today, they have transcended beyond the music industry after BTS Suga “Yoongi” collaborates with Samsung Galaxy in his version of “Over the Horizon” production.

On August 11, the official YouTube channel of Samsung posted an interview with BTS Suga of the reimagination process of Samsung Galaxy “Over the Horizon”.

In the interview, BTS Suga sat down not as a BTS rapper but as a brilliant young songwriter and music producer. As he greeted the audience, BTS Suga explained that producing his version of the legendary Samsung Galaxy theme song, “Over the Horizon,” has been an extraordinary experience, especially because he’s always wanted to create an instrumental production.

“As a big fan of Galaxy, it was a very special experience. I listened to a lot of instrumentals from a young age and I’ve always wanted to make an instrumental track, so the whole process was incredible.”

The Creation Process

BTS Suga was honored to be a part of the 10-year history of Samsung Galaxy “Over the Horizon”. Therefore, he tried to put all his skills and experience into producing a brand-new theme that can resonate with a broader audience while maintaining the original characteristics and value of the theme itself.

“It was an honor to work on a song that’s been a part of Galaxy’s 10-year history. I tried to put my own interpretation while keeping the melody largely the same for it to resonate with broader audience.”

Furthermore, BTS Suga was truly excited when Samsung asked him for collaboration for the “Over the Horizon” project. That is why it didn’t take long for him to create the first draft of the song.

Also, BTS Suga put a signature touch in his version of “Over the Horizon” with the string solo and guitar melody. That way, he turned the theme into more grandeur and dramatic music.

Finally, everyone loves the new version of the Samsung Galaxy “Over the Horizon”. Even BTS Suga himself likes to listen to the song over and over again. According to Suga, “Over the Horizon” represents dreams that make us go even farther than we have ever imagined.

“Like the title, “Over the Horizon”, it’s about going beyond our limits. No one knows what will unfold. But our dreams make us go farther than ever. I hope that together with Galaxy, you will feel your heart open up.”
