On April 21, Star News exclusive report stated that Diva of the Deserted Island would possibly premiere through the Korean drama’s first-class platform, tvN. The report further mentioned that the writer Park Hye Ryun and director Oh Choong Hwan’s masterpiece would take the premium slot of tvN’s Saturday-Sunday weekend drama.

Diva of the Deserted Island is a human-emotion drama about Seo Mok Ha (Park Eun Bin). She had been stranded on an uninhabited island for years while dreaming of becoming a diva. Mok Ha then came to Seoul to attend an audition while having to reconnect herself to the present society.

Coming from the brilliant creative mind of writer Park Hye Ryun, projected into reality by director Oh Choong Hwan with the help of the brilliant cast, Diva of the Deserted Island is among the most anticipated Korean drama this year.

Along with the possible collaboration for tvN’s Sat-Sun schedule, Star News also reported that Diva of the Deserted Island will get a possible release date during the second half of the year.

At the moment, Pandora: Beneath the Paradise is occupying tvN’s Sat-Sun drama slot. And recent updates mentioned that once Pandora: Beneath the Paradise completes all its episodes, Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum’s gumiho series Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938 will take over the slot on May 6, 2023.

If tvN confirms the collaboration with Park Eun Bin new drama, it means that the Diva of the Deserted Island release date will possibly be after Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938 completes airing all its episodes. Therefore, Diva of the Deserted Island potential release date will be sometime around August and/or September 2023.

However, it will only be possible if tvN confirms its appearance. Because up to this hour, tvN has yet made any statement regarding the collaboration.
