Putting this album together threw me for multiple loops, existential crises, moments of doubt, pain, but also bliss. Thank you to my fans, my fellow creatives and incredible team for helping push… pic.twitter.com/kfHlTTBAIs
This album doesn’t just stand out musically. With collaborations from the UK’s HONNE & Oh Wonder and the guiding hand of producer Rabitt, it’s an international effort. Eric describes this album as a reflection on his decade-long musical journey, touching on life’s existential questions.
The album aims to encapsulate the human experience, from emotions and ambitions to life’s very purpose. Accompanying this album, fans are treated to poignant music videos. The freshly released “Only For A Moment” video captures the essence of fleeting connections and shared humanity.
“The melody for “Only for a Moment” came to me on the train ride to Honne’s studio in London. The song is serendipitous, about finding magic or a connection or an electricity in any moment, in any second, in any situation. And how even though we may be just passing by, there are just infinite possibilities between all of us as humans. The music video is a very creative take on that as well. Everyone in that subway is going through something different but everyone is wondering “what are we all doing here?” Yet we’re all connected by the fact that we’re all there together in that moment.”
