UPDATE: Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon BOTH confirmed to join Gyeongseong Creature as the Main Lead
On January 27, 2022, both Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon have confirmed to be the main lead cast of Gyeongseong Creature, a work by Dr. Romantic writer. About the role, Park Seo Joon stated that he’s interested in the historical settings. At the same time, Han So Hee wants to show a different side of her by playing Chae Ok, who appears tough but actually wamhearted.
“I am very interested in the historical backdrop of Gyeongseong. I found a project with that setting, and I am excited and happy to work with an incredible writer, director, and staff members. I will now work hard to portray Jang Tae Sang as an actor.”

Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon New Drama: Gyeongseong Creature
Sports Today reported on June 17 that Han So Hee would cast as one of the leading roles for Gyeongseong Creature, along with Park Seo Joon.
Written by the Dr. Romantic writer, Kang Eun Kyung, GyeongSeong Creature will tell a story about survival and human dignity. In the drama, Park Seo Joon will play Jang Tae Sang, a wealthy man of Bukchon, who is more interested in the present reality of his life beyond everything else, let alone justice.
At the same time, Han So Hee will portray the role as a woman who will completely change the life of Jang Tae Sang in this Gyeongseong Creature new drama.
Han Sohee was cast as the main character in the new work “Gyeongseong Creature” by Kang Eunkyung who wrote the drama “Romantic Doctor Kim Saboo” series.

As a response to the stated report by the media, Han So Hee’s agency 9ato Entertainment answered that the actress is still reviewing the offer.
“Han So Hee received a casting offer for ‘Gyeongseong Creature’ and is reviewing [the offer].”
