On November 23, Hanteo Global announced they will host a special event next year. The special event is Hanteo Music Awards or HMA 2022. The awards show will be the first offline event for the company to celebrate the Hanteo Chart’s 30th anniversary.
The event will take place at Jamsil Arena of the Seoul Sports Complex in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on February 10 and 11, 2022.
The upcoming event will be the kick-off for Hanteo Chart’s event in the future. As reported, Hanteo Chart will be holding the Music Awards annually. It aims to highlight the successes of the K-pop industry over a year. In addition, the awards will be given based on objective and accurate data collected in real-time from Hanteo Chart.
Various artists will attend the event and give spectacular performances on stage. And various booths will be available at the venue for K-pop fans. It is also expected that K-pop fans from all over the world will be able to enjoy the event as well.
Kwak Young Ho, the chief executive officer of Hanteo Global, stated,
“The forthcoming awards ceremony is a meaningful event that will highlight on the history of the Hanteo Chart and the last 30 years of Kpop legacy. We will make sure that many global fans will be able to enjoy it.”
