One of the biggest South Korean entertainment agencies, HYBE, has announced its plans to have global auditions in 2021. The HYBE x GEFFEN and HYBE LABELS JAPAN “&AUDITION” Global Audition 2021 in searching for their new girl and boy groups are holding in the US and Japan.

On November 4th, HYBE has announced their plans and goals for the company via an online event dubbed “2021 HYBE Corporate Briefing with the Community.” Besides the collaboration with Webtoon and new BTS Game project, NFT Business, and Weverse & VLIVE integration, the company has also announced the global group auditions will hold in the United States and Japan.
The global auditions aimed to find the members of HYBE’s new girl and boy group members. Here are the details.
HYBE Global Girl Group Audition 2021
HYBE America has announced its plan to launch a new girl group collaborating with Universal Music Group’s Geffen Records. The interested applicants can apply for the HYBE x GEFFEN audition here. The registration for HYBE Global Girl Group Audition 2021 is open until November 28th.
The company will implement a training system by using HYBE’s “long-standing expertise.” It aims to help artists to develop their creative skills and abilities. In addition, it will include programs for the physical and mental well-being of the artists.

HYBE LABELS JAPAN Global Debut Project “&AUDITION” 2021
Another HYBE global audition is to air in Japan in 2022. According to HYBE labels in Japan, an audition program named Global Debut Project “&AUDITION,” will be broadcast via YouTube in 2022. The program aims to look for new talent to join their upcoming boy group.
Although the group will start the journey in Japan while also promoting actively globally. The existing members of “&AUDITION” are from the 2020 survival reality show of audition program “I-LAND.” They are K, Nicholas, EJ, and Taki.
