On May 3rd, ChoCo Entertainment announced that Jake, the leader of ChoCo1, and Anpan, the leader of ChoCo2, will appear in ChoCo in Hollywood. The Kpop group’s first reality show showcases ChoCo’s global debut as the Kpop 5th generation group. It will also introduce a new Kpop incubation system to viewers worldwide, capturing the sincere human touch and musical growth of the talented ChoCo artists.
Meet Jake and Anpan, Leaders of ChoCo1 and ChoCo2
Jake and Anpan are the chosen Kpop leaders of ChoCo1 and ChoCo2, respectively. They will appear together to form a group called ChoCo1&2, the 5th generation Kpop group. Moreover, despite their young age, they will undoubtedly impress viewers with their exceptional musical abilities and skills. The focus is being the Alpha Generation with an average age of under 15.
Jake (real name Yeom Yechan), who is 16 years old, excels in dancing, rapping, and drumming, making him a competent group leader. He is also the eldest member of ChoCo and has shown his capability to lead the group responsibly.

Meanwhile, Anpan (real name Anyapan Phuwasetthawat) is a 14-year-old former social media dance influencer from Thailand. She exudes positivity and serves as the group’s mood-maker.

Aside from Jake and Anpan, viewers can expect to see other talented members of ChoCo1, including TJ (real name Kim Taejo) and Sean (real name Sean Yul Bohme), as well as trainees from ChoCo2. The show will chronicle the group’s journey, from the audition process to their four years of trainee life, debut preparation, and activities as they strive toward their dreams.

ChoCo is produced by ChoPD, a first-generation Korean hip-hop legend who paved the way for digital music in South Korea. The 5th generation Kpop group has garnered attention for its fresh concept. The group plans to pursue various activities, including solo and group endeavors, with the aim of becoming the “Kpop 5.0 Icon” that sings about the dreams, lives, concerns, and identities of the Alpha generation.
Sole9 Media, known for conducting Asian auditions for Mnet Asia Music Awards (MAMA) and Produce 101, produced the Korean version of ChoCo’s reality show. ChoCo in Hollywood will premiere on May 12 at 7 PM KST on Mnet’s subsidiary digital channel M2, and viewers can expect to witness the group’s remarkable journey towards stardom.
