On September 10th, several Korean media outlets reported that Jung Hae In is joining the upcoming mystery drama entitled “Connect,” which will be directed by a Japanese director, Takashi Miike.
However, in response to the reports, Jung Hae In’s agency, FNC Entertainment, officially stated, “Jung Hae In received an offer to take part in a new project titled ‘Connect,’ and he is still considering it.”
The upcoming drama “Connect” will follow a story of a man whose organs were stolen by organ hunters, and somehow he is connected to the person who has received his organ.

Takashi Miike is a well-known Japanese director who produced ‘First Love,’ ‘Laplace’s Witch,’ ‘Crows Zero,’ ‘The Great War of the Yokai, etc.
‘Connect’ will be Takashi Miike’s first Korean project to lead, and Studio Dragon will produce it. Currently, the upcoming six episodes drama is in discussion to air on the streaming platform.
Recently, Jung Hae In released his first streaming project, ‘DP,’ a Netflix original series. He gained positive reviews for his role as Ahn Joon Ho. With the new offer for director Miike Takashi’s new project, the expectation is rising.

Since then, Jung Hae-in starred in various dramas, including “Prison Playbook” (2017), “Something in the Rain” (2018), “One Spring Night” (2019), and “A Piece of Your Mind” (2020). With his latest drama series, “DP,” he has proven his worth and ability by playing different characters.
Right now, his fans are highly expecting his upcoming new drama, ‘Snowdrop.’ It is a drama where he is co-starring with Blackpink Jisoo. The drama is slated to premiere within the last quarter of this year.
