Kpop Group FIFTY FIFTY Signs Exclusive Collab with Sony Music Entertainment Korea
Promising rookie group and former controversial dark horse of 4th generation Kpop, FIFTY FIFTY is ready to take on another challenge at the global Billboard chart with its new 5 promising members.
On August 22, Korean media outlets reported a bold new step from the agency of FIFTY FIFTY, ATTRAKT. The company announced that they had signed a global distribution contract with Sony Music Entertainment Korea.
“On July 30, we signed a global distribution contract with Sony Music Entertainment Korea for FIFTY FIFTY’s upcoming album, which is scheduled to be released on September 20.”

Further in the statement, ATTRAKT also elaborated that Sony Music Entertainment Korea will lead the global distribution of FIFTY FIFTY’s music, support global the group’s marketing campaigns and business development initiatives through this exclusive distribution contract. As for the U.S.-based marketing, it will be handled by Arista Records, a label under Sony Music Group.
Sony Music Group is one of the three largest global record companies, along with Universal and Warner Music. The company currently owns four major record labels, including Arista Records.

Another Attempt at Challenging the Billboard Hot 100 Chart with New Brilliant Members
After the previous unexpected controversy, ATTRAKT’s CEO Jeon Hong Joon is now aiming to take on another challenge at the Billboard Hot 100 Chart with FIFTY FIFTY new members.
