KTH1 is REALLY Coming, Any Exact Release Date, Please?

KTH1 -once again- becomes a trending topic after BTS V’s comment on Weverse. ARMY has been waiting for Kim Taehyung’s solo mixtape for years. When is exactly BTS V solo mixtape, KTH1, release date?

BTS V on Weverse: “It (KTH1) is coming this year.”

It’s been years since BTS V mentioned his solo mixtape, KTH1. However, there is no exact date yet for its release. And V keeps teasing fans about it.

Releasing KTH1 has been on V’s wish list since 2020

During the BTS interview with Genius about ‘Life Goes On,’ V includes KTH1 in his wish list.

“I wish my mixtape would come out soon.”

Since the interview happened in December 2020, fans expected KTH1 would be released on V’s birthday, December 30. Or at least have an exact date when KTH1 is coming.

Unfortunately, it didn’t happen. ARMY then entered 2021, still wondering when the BTS V solo mixtape, KTH1, release date is. Though, there were several updates on KTH1 at that time.

BTS V dropped a teaser track for KTH1

On April 2021, BTS V teased ARMY about his mixtape, KTH1. Through the BTS Twitter account (@BTS_twt), BTS V dropped a relaxing song with a soft, piano-infused instrumental, ‘Sleep.’

ARMY then speculated that this is a teaser track for KTH1. And, once again, fans hoped that KTH1 is really coming this time. However, we still don’t have KTH1 until now.

And this year, on March 2022, one Weverse user asked, “Taehyung, when does your mixtape come out?”

Surprisingly, BTS V commented on the post, “(planning) to release it this year.”

Seeing the comment, ARMYs are excited and make KTH1 trending again with ‘KTH1 Is Coming’ on Twitter.
