The 4th generation’s most popular rookie girl group, LE SSERAFIM, has reportedly canceled their upcoming 2023 world tour in Bangkok, Thailand. This decision stems from unforeseen reasons the LE SSERAFIM members have suffered. So, what really happened to LE SSERAFIM members, and why did they cancel the Bangkok World Tour 2023? Dive deeper into the details behind the LE SSERAFIM world tour in Bangkok cancelation in the following report.
LE SSERAFIM Canceled 2023 World Tour in Bangkok
The first-class Kpop girl group, LE SSERAFIM, has abruptly canceled its upcoming 2023 World Tour.
On October 6, LE SSERAFIM’s agency, SOURCE MUSIC, announced the official cancelation of the “FLAME RISES” World Tour 2023 in Bangkok. The concerts they were supposed to hold today and tomorrow, on October 7 – 8, eventually got canceled. This was due to unforeseen circumstances involving the LE SSERAFIM members.
“Hello.
This is SOURCE MUSIC.
We regret to inform you that the 2023 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘FLAME RISES’ IN BANGKOK scheduled for Saturday, October 7, and Sunday, October 8 has been canceled.”

LE SSERAFIM Members Suffering from Unexpected Health Issues
So, what exactly prompted LE SSERAFIM to indefinitely cancel their 2023 World Tour in Bangkok?
According to both SOURCE MUSIC and the concert’s organizer BEX, the concert’s cancelation was due to 3 LE SSERAFIM members falling ill.
On October 6, LE SSERAFIM leader Chaewon as well as members Yunjin and Kazuha, suddenly suffered from fever and headaches. They immediately visited the hospital and found out that they had suffered from Type A Influenza.
What is Type A Influenza?
The A type of influenza is entirely different from the common cold. It is far more severe and may cause significant outbreaks as well as advanced diseases. That is why most people suffering from Type A influenza must undergo self-quarantine to prevent further spreading of the virus.
Fortunately, this virus is treatable. With proper care and rest, patients typically recover within 7 to 10 days.
Therefore, it is impossible for LE SSERAFIM members to proceed with their upcoming Bangkok World Tour 2023. Both SOURCE MUSIC and BEX decided to cancel the concert. They apologized for disappointing fans and promised to refund all the purchased tickets.
Prioritizing the Health and Recovery of Artists
Finally, with this cancelation, SOURCE MUSIC has put the health and recovery of LE SSERAFIM members as the top priority. The company also promised to ensure that all LE SSERAFIM members will eventually be able to greet fans in complete formation after they fully recover.
