According to Sports Today, Lee Chung Ah recently confirmed TVING’s Korean remake drama “Hyde” as her upcoming drama and is preparing for filming. It will be Lee Chung Ah’s upcoming drama following Netflix’s “Celebrity” this year.
Lee Chung Ah will be teaming up with Lee Bo Young and Lee Moo Saeng, who have been confirmed to take the lead roles in the upcoming drama.
As reported by Sports Kyungkyang, Lee Bo Young confirmed her appearance as the lead in the upcoming drama in November last year. This year, she successfully made her comeback to the small screen with the JTBC “Agency” Korean drama. So, the upcoming Korean remake drama “Hyde” will be another Lee Bo Young’s most anticipated drama this year.
Meanwhile, Lee Moo Saeng has accepted the lead role in the Korean remake of “Hyde,” reports Star News. “The Glory,” in which the actor played a psychopath killer, was another performance that captivated audiences after his performance in “The World of the Married.” Despite his excellent acting skills, he can play different characters effortlessly and leave audiences intrigued.
Korean Remake Drama “Hyde” of BBC Drama Series
The upcoming Korean remake drama “Hyde” follows a woman who searches for the truth behind several missing people.
Apart from the fact that the upcoming drama is an adaptation of a British drama, the plot has not been revealed. DK E&M Production Company will produce the drama series. Meanwhile, director Kim Dong Hwi will direct the drama. He previously directed hit Korean dramas such as “Fight For My Way” and “The Tale of Nokdu.”
Release date
The upcoming drama has reportedly not yet determined its total number of episodes and release date. However, the drama is expected to air in the second half of this year on TVING.
