For the first time in years, actor Lee Joon Hyuk will soon demonstrate his charming ways of falling in love in a new Korean drama. What’s more exciting is that in the new drama, Lee Joon Hyuk will be co-starring with the romance drama expert, actress Han Ji Min.
On August 22, Star News exclusive report revealed that actor Lee Joon Hyuk had chosen a romance drama for his upcoming project. The media outlet confirmed that a new Korean drama titled “Acquaintances” (also known as “Greetings” and “Between Saying Goodbye”) had cast Lee Joon Hyuk as its male lead character.
Along with Lee Joon Hyuk, Star News also reported that actress Han Ji Min would be the one portraying the female lead in the same drama. However, both of the actors’ agencies clarified that the new drama was only one of the many projects they had accepted. Neither Lee Joon Hyuk nor Han Ji Min have confirmed their appearance yet.

So, what is the new drama about, and what characters will both actors portray this time?
According to a Star News report, “Acquaintances” (also known as “Greetings” and “Between Saying Goodbye”) is a romantic comedy set within a corporate environment. It narrates a heartwarming office romance between a clumsy female CEO and her impeccable secretary.
Should the actress agree to appear in the new Korean drama, Han Ji Min will portray Kang Ji Yoon. She is the renowned CEO of a headhunting company and has managed to establish it as the second-largest in the industry in just five years since it’s founded.
Unfortunately, while she may possess unrivaled beauty and an amazing work ethic, Kang Ji Yoon is extremely clumsy in her personal life. She has a sharp personality and no fear of saying anything she wants. Until one day, she meets Yoo Eun Ho as her secretary.
Meanwhile, Lee Joon Hyuk will portray the character Yoo Eun Ho. Being a single father raising a 6-year-old daughter, Yoo Eun Ho is almost perfect in all aspects: wonderful visuals, well-built physique that looks striking in suits, and a warm personality.
