After enjoying the ‘Husband’s Death Meal’, Lim Ji Yeon’s character demonstrated another satisfying eating scene in Episode 3. During the episode, Lim Ji Yeon’s character Choo Sang Eun visited another restaurant after her husband’s funeral. At the time, she ordered a bowl of gukbap, placed kimchi on top of her rice-full spoon, and ate it wholeheartedly. This scene once again triggered the viewers’ appetite.

According to the report, the netizens raised their concerns about the scene because of the viral keywords: ‘Husband’s Death Meal’. They believed these keywords were extremely provocative and made them uncomfortable. As a result, issues of ‘gender conflict’ began emerging. These male netizens then started protesting and criticizing broadcasters for using the terms for promotional approaches.
