KiiiKiii Tops March 2025 Rookie Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings
From February 3 to March 3, the Korean Business Research Institute extracted 15,625,750 pieces of brand big data from new Kpop idol groups that debuted after 2023. The number increased by 28.11% from 12,197,575 pieces of brand big data of new Kpop idol groups in February.
Moreover, they used the latest brand data in consumer behavior analysis and assessed the participation, media, communication, and community indexes. Based on the results, they determined each group’s brand reputation indexes and ranked the rookie idol group rankings for March.
As a result, KiiiKiii, Hearts2Hearts, BABYMONSTER, BOYNEXTDOOR, and TWS secured their places in the top 5 of the Kpop rookie idol group brand reputation rankings in March 2025.

1. KiiiKiii
Starship Entertainment’s new five-member girl group, KiiiKiii, who is gearing up to debut on March 24, landed in first place with a brand reputation index of 1,592,255 in March’s brand reputation rankings for rookie idol groups. Here is their brand reputation index breakdown:
- Participation Index: 275,714
- Media Index: 464,591
- Communication Index: 517,359
- Community Index: 334,590
From KiiiKiii’s link analysis, the institute found “debut,” “freedom,” and “hip” to be the group’s most popular related terms. Moreover, in the group’s keyword analysis, they identified “I Do Me,” Debut Song,” and “Gen Z Charm” as the rookie group’s most popular keywords. In addition, KiiiKiii earned a positive score of 84.91% in positivity-negativity analysis, showing positive reactions from the public.
2. Hearts2Hearts
SM Entertainment’s rookie girl group, Hearts2Hearts, was recently named ‘Rookie of the Year’ by their fans for breaking the record for the highest 1st-week sales of any girl group debut album in Hanteo’s history. They claimed second place in the brand reputation rankings for the new Kpop idol group with a brand reputation index of 1,407,391 with the following breakdown:
- Participation Index: 274,400
- Media Index: 403,153
- Communication Index: 474,692
- Community Index: 255,146
3. BABYMONSTER
YG Entertainment’s latest powerhouse rookie girl group, BABYMONSTER, has not even been together for a year but has already rocked Kia Forum in LA with a 25-song setlist. This March, they secured third place in this month’s rookie idol group rankings, achieving a brand reputation index of 1,321,329. However, compared to the brand reputation index of 1,692,919 in February, it decreased by 21.95%. Here’s the breakdown from the group’s latest brand reputation index:
- Participation Index: 158,074
- Media Index: 202,289
- Communication Index: 482,759
- Community Index: 478,207
4. BOYNEXTDOOR
Kpop boy group BOYNEXTDOOR, who is gearing up for their Asia leg tour “Knock On Vol. 1” this March, fell to the fourth place. However, despite this drop in ranking, the male group’s brand reputation index increased by 8.11%, from 1,142,320 in February to 1,234,963 in March, with the following breakdown:
- Participation Index: 255,192
- Media Index: 343,402
- Communication Index: 379,977
- Community Index: 256,392
5. TWS
Kpop group TWS rounded out the top 5 of rookie idol group brand reputation rankings for March. Recently, the group was named one of the 100 rising stars on NME’s list of “Essential Emerging Artists for 2025,” compiled by music critics and journalists for this year. Unfortunately, TWS’s brand reputation index fell by 26.10%, dropping from 1,567,254 in February to 1,158,155 in March, with the following breakdown:

- Media Index: 202,378
- Communication Index: 376,730
- Community Index: 431,753
