NewJeans’ producer and former CEO of ADOR Min Heejin once again revealed her stance in the massive dispute with HYBE.
On September 27, Min Heejin attended an event called “Hyundai Card Davinci Motel,” where celebrities and influencers have engaging discussions with the public regarding their expertise.
During this event, the former ADOR CEO spoke about her massive dispute with HYBE, sharing supporting messages with NewJeans members and revealing how she would have to sell her house to pay her legal fee.
Not only that, but she also revealed that she was the one who created HYBE’s slogan: “We Believe in Music.”
“I designed both the SM logo and the HYBE logo. I didn’t come up with the name HYBE, but I did create their slogan.
I poured my heart into imagining what the company could be. I thought it would be amazing to blend art and business perfectly, but no one seemed to be doing that. So, I wanted to give it a try.”

However, the most unexpected part of this talk was when Min Heejin showcased parts of NewJeans unreleased demo songs. At the end of the show, Min Heejin asked the staff to play these unreleased songs of NewJeans, showcasing the iconic signature of the group and proving the previous statement that she had apparently designed a specific blueprint for NewJeans in a span of 7 years.
A 7-Year Blueprint for NewJeans Career Before Fear of Disband
Previously, the former ADOR CEO revealed her plan regarding NewJeans’ future. As the main producer of NewJeans, Min Heejin crafted a meticulous blueprint in a span of 7 years for the group. According to Min Heejin, the team plans to execute this plan each year, and they believe that it will blow the public with each release.
“I have this blueprint I’ve drawn, a grand picture of NewJeans’ journey over the next seven years, reaching far into the future. Every year, it felt like we were breaking through milestones, steadily moving toward that vision.
To me, it’s truly a rainbow-colored future. My current hope is that we can safely and successfully reach that destination, ensuring everything is set up to get us there as best as possible.
According to the plan, every album, every year, I’m confident we can surprise people.
But now, what used to feel obvious has become something I deeply wish to see come to life. I think my desire for things to materialize has grown even stronger.
People live on hope, and I’ve discussed these plans with the NewJeans members. I hope that the conversations we’ve had—about realizing this together and moving forward with a shared, hopeful vision—aren’t just empty promises for the members. That they don’t feel like they’re being strung along.
