Korean A-List Actor Song Joong Ki to Make Cameo in New Netflix Japanese Series “Romantic Anonymous”
On June 12, iMBC news reported that Song Joong Ki recently filmed scenes for the Netflix series “Romantic Anonymous” in Japan.
The upcoming romantic-comedy Japanese series will showcase a mix of actors from Japan and South Korea. Han Hyo Joo, a well-known South Korean actress recognized for her work in the popular series “Moving,” will portray the leading female role. Joining her are renowned Japanese actors Oguri Shun, Yuri Nakamura, and Jin Akanishi.
Director Sho Tsukikawa, known for his expertise in romantic films, will helm the series. His notable works include “I Want to Eat Your Pancreas,” and “Yu Yu Hakusho.”
Additionally, Kim Ji Hyun and Okada Yoshikazu will collaborate on the script. Kim Ji Hyun, known for “Splash Splash Love,” and Okada Yoshikazu, acclaimed for “The Last 10 Years,” will bring their talents to the project.
Netflix Japanese Remake Series “Romantic Anonymous” Storyline
This Netflix Japanese series is based on the French film “Les Émotifs anonymes” (“Romantic Anonymous”). It tells a romantic comedy tale of a talented chocolatier, Hanna, and a small chocolate shop owner, Sosuke Fujiwara, who both face anxiety disorders. He can’t touch others, and she struggles with making eye contact. The plot develops as she begins working at the chocolate shop.
In the series, South Korean actress Han Hyo Joo portrays the genius chocolatier, Hanna, while Oguri Shun takes on the role of Sosuke Fujiwara. Hanna conceals her true identity due to social anxiety, and Sosuke grapples with his past trauma.
Song Joong Ki as Cameo in Netflix Series “Romantic Anonymous”
“Vincenzo” actor Song Joong Ki is set to enhance the production’s charm with his special appearance. The prominent Korean actor previously made a special appearance in the popular Korean drama “Queen of Tears.“
However, there is no further information available regarding his upcoming appearance in “Romantic Anonymous” alongside Han Hyo Joo and Oguri Shun. Nevertheless, the news of his casting has heightened fans’ curiosity about his forthcoming role and how the actor will amplify the plot.
