“Today’s Webtoon” Cast Members and Their Characters
In the original work, actress Kuroki Haru played the prominent role of Kokoro. Meanwhile, Kim Sejeong plays the role of On Ma Eum in the Korean version. She is a former national judo athlete who had to give up her dream of being a professional judo athlete due to an unfortunate injury. She then obtained her first job as an editor for a webtoon and has trouble adjusting to her new job as a webtoon editor and the people she works with. However, On Ma Eum evolves as a person and a webtoon editor despite the challenges she endures.
After four years, Choi Daniel returned to the small screen as Seok Ji Hyung, the deputy editor of the webtoon editorial department. To lighten the atmosphere of the editorial department, Seok Ji Hyung tells jokes or makes bets with a poker face that doesn’t know what he’s thinking. However, he’s also the type of person that goes out of his way to assist his subordinates in any way he can, eventually becoming On Ma Eum’s mentor. In the Japanese version, actor Odagiri Joe played the role of Iokibe Kei.

However, he quickly adjusts and appreciates being a part of the squad. In the original work, actor Sakaguchi Kentaro played the role of Koizumi Jun.
