On October 10, Hanni eventually shared her decision via Phoning App that she planned to attend this assembly. According to NewJeans Hanni, she would be attending the national assembly alone. She believes that it is crucial to do it for fans and the members.
Not only that but Hanni apparently made the decision and inform the fans before even the managers and company knowing.
“Hey Bunnies! I’ve made a decision—I’m going to the National Assembly, and I’ll be going alone. But don’t worry! I’m doing this for myself, for all the members, and for you, Bunnies! I really want to go, and it won’t be hard!
The managers and company don’t know yet, but I felt like I needed to share this with you first. Your support has meant so much to me, more than you realize. Going through this situation has taught me so much, and knowing you’re cheering me on—whether from near or far—is enough. I’ve never asked for support, yet you always give it so willingly, and for that, I’m so grateful.

Previously, BELIFT LAB issued a furious statement. The company denied the alleged workplace bullying and stated that both ILLIT and the manager had never ignored NewJeans.
“ILLIT’s manager, Koo Sung Won, has never told the members to ignore NewJeans, and the ILLIT members have never done so.
The two groups were only in the same space briefly on May 27, and we even have footage showing ILLIT members bowing respectfully to a NewJeans member.”

Now, they’re claiming that ‘Min Hee Jin’s side’ saw it and changed their stance. But it was just Hanni and a manager who saw the footage.
BELIFT LAB is now saying Min Hee Jin’s side reviewed it, and they’ve shifted their argument. It’s really unsettling how the story keeps changing and feels made up.
That’s why we’re suspicious HYBE or Belift Lab might have deleted the footage to hide the facts.”
