MBC confirmed Sullyoon’s first episode as permanent MC will be on April 15. She will begin her new MC journey with a special stage.

MBC Music Core Confirmed NMIXX Sullyoon as New Permanent MC – Visual Icons Assemble!

MBC music broadcast, “Show! Music Core”, commonly known as MBC Music Core, recently lost one of its primary hosts after Kim Minju decided to leave the program in January. The show survived with Stray Kids Lee Know and NCT Jungwoo as a 2-MC system with various idol appearances as special hosts.

Today, the wait is finally over because MBC Music Core will soon return to a full MC formation with the entrance of 4^th gen visual icons representative, NMIXX Sullyoon.

On March 23, E-Daily Star exclusively reported that NMIXX member and visual icon Sullyoon had joined MBC Music Core as a permanent MC.

Previously, former IZ*ONE member Kim Minju had been MBC Music Core official MC along with NCT Jungwoo and Stray Kids Lee Know, leading the program for 2 years and 7 months. However, Kim Minju decided to leave the program in January to focus on her acting career and improve her skills.

Since then, Kim Minju’s position had been left empty, only special MC appearances filled the vacancy on several occasions. That is why the NMIXX Sullyoon’s entrance into the MBC Music Core MC team received high anticipation as Kim Minju’s most suitable successor.

A Complete Formation of 4^th Gen Visual Icons

Not only her appearance will add new vitality to the program, but by joining MBC Music Core, NMIXX Sullyoon has perfected the show’s complete formation of 4^th generation visual icons along with NCT Jungwoo and Stray Kids Lee Know.

Upon her official join to MBC Music Core, NMIXX Sullyoon will showcase her visual and hosting skills as a special MC on March 25. This special appearance is to commemorate the comeback of her all-rounder 4^th generation Kpop group, NMIXX, with their latest song, “Love Me Like This”.

Since her controversial debut with JYP 4^th generation girl group, NMIXX, Sullyoon has been extremely famous as one of the most extraordinary visual icons.
