Kdrama fans will soon be able to witness their pride actor Park Bo Gum returning to the Korean entertainment industry following his successful military discharge a while ago.

On April 29, industry representatives reported that the 58^th Baeksang Arts Awards 2022 had offered a spot for actor Park Bo Gum to host the ceremony as the MC. And thankfully, Park Bo Gum accepted the offer and will return as the award’s host after skipping the chance last year due to his mandatory military service.

FIRST Comeback Schedule After Park Bo Gum’s Exemplary Military Discharge

Previously, actor Park Bo Gum had repeatedly graced his elegance and charisma as the distinguished returning host of Baeksang Arts Awards ceremonies for three consecutive years.

However, he enlisted for his mandatory military service on August 31, 2020. That is why the actor could not join his regular MC partners Bae Suzy and Shin Dong Yup in hosting the 57^th Baeksang Arts Awards last year. It was such a loss to miss his captivating visual and alluring voice at the ceremony last year.

Then, after completing all his military duty, Park Bo Gum got his discharge 2 months earlier than the official date of April 30, 2022. Not only that, he even secured a title of an “Exemplary Enlistee” and proudly carried a Barber license with him.

Today, being the host of the 58^th Baeksang Arts Awards 2022 will be his first comeback schedule into the Korean entertainment industry.
