Park Seo Joon May Lead a New Romance Drama by Top Creators
On July 8, TV Daily reported that Park Seo Joon will star in a new drama called “Waiting for Gyeongdo.” He has received an offer to play the male lead role, Gyeongdo.
On the same day, in response to the news, the actor’s agency, Awesome ENT, conveyed to OSEN,
“It is true that he received a script offer for the new drama “Waiting for Gyeongdo,” but nothing has been confirmed regarding the works proposed.”

The upcoming drama “Waiting for Gyeongdo” marks a new collaboration between director Im Hyun Wook and writer Yoo Yang Ah. Director Im Hyun Wook is known for the recent hit K-drama “King the Land.” Meanwhile, writer Yoo Yang Ah is famous for “Thirty-Nine” and “Kim Ji Young: Born 1982.”
Additionally, as per the report, the upcoming romance series, “Waiting for Gyeongdo,” is currently in talks for broadcast on JTBC.
