Following her success in “The Penthouse” SBS drama series, actress Kim So Yeon has gained much love and praise for her role as Cheon Seo Jin. Good news, there’s a chance that she might return to the small screen very soon, and it will be a MYTHICAL comeback!
On October 27, Korean media reported that “The Penthouse” actress Kim So Yeon will possibly make a comeback in the “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” drama season 2.

Furthermore, if she decides to take the project into her hands, actress Kim So Yeon will be starring as the female lead role in the “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” season 2.

Unfortunately, in response to this report, Kim So Yeon’s J-Wide Company agency stated that the actress is currently reviewing the script. Therefore, they cannot confirm anything at the moment.
“We are thankful that a lot of scripts are coming in [for Kim So Yeon], and “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” season 2 is one of them. Therefore, nothing has been finalized about her appearance in the drama.” – J-Wide Company.
Lee Dong Wook and Kim Bum WILL Return to the Series
Previously, rumors circulated that “Tale of the Nine-Tailed” will return to the screen with Season 2 and Season 3. Season 2 will occur in the Japanese colonial period, whereas Season 3 will go further back in the Joseon Era. These two seasons will once again fall in the hands of director Kang Shin Hyo.
