Netflix Announces Main Cast for HIERARCHY Korean Drama

South Korean drama industry would finally get another refreshing ambiance with brilliant young actors, including Roh Jeong Eui and Lee Chae Min. After previously showcasing their amazing talents in Our Beloved Summer and Crash Course in Romance, Roh Jeong Eui and Lee Chae Min will soon star in a new high-teen school Korean drama, Hierarchy.

On May 15, Sports Chosun stated that an exciting new Korean drama Hierarchy was finally coming! This report was based on an official post from Netflix Korea’s Instagram account, revealing the main cast of the project. Among the new drama main cast were brilliant young actors Roh Jeong Eui and Lee Chae Min.

Roh Jeong Eui and Lee Chae Min New Drama: What is It About?

The atmosphere of youth was clearly apparent as we saw how these young actors filled the slot for Hierarchy main cast. So, what is Roh Jeong Eui and Lee Chae Min new drama about?

According to Sports Chosun, Hierarchy is a Korean drama depicting stories of the top 0.01% of students. These students gather in the most prestigious high school in South Korea, Jooshin High School. Founded by South Korea’s top conglomerates, only a few selected students can enter the institution, and they all have been “chosen” from birth.

From the very first moment of the story, viewers will face a passionate high-teen school drama filled with stories of jealousy and love.

Roh Jeong Eui will play the role of Jung Jae Yi, the absolute queen and “ruler” of Jooshin High School. Jae Yi is the oldest daughter of the Jaeyul Group, which has a massive rivalry with the Jooshin Group.

Stunning young actor Lee Chae Min enters the prestigious high school as transfer student Kang Ha who possesses a charming smile. However, behind this alluring smile was a massive secret nobody would have ever expected.

Another main cast in Hierarchy is Kim Jae Won, playing the heir of the Jooshin Group and the school’s top student Kim Ri Ahn.

Meanwhile, actress Ji Hye Won will portray young villainess Yoon Hye Ra, maknae daughter of Korea’s leading trading company, who is basically the embodiment of jealousy.

And finally, actor Lee Won Jung will take on the role of Lee Woo Jin. He is the second son of a family dynasty that produces politicians over multiple generations. But unlike other regular politician’s heir, Lee Woo Jin is not only good looking but also kindhearted.

A New and Fresh Netflix Project

Finally, Hierarchy new drama will be Netflix’s original project that will air only on the platform. It is the debut project of director Bae Hyun Jin, the co-director of Alchemy of Souls, Big Mouth, and Start-Up.

And what is most interesting is that this new drama came from the brilliant mind of writer Chu Hye Mi who previously wrote the dramatic story of About Time.
