The year is 2024, and dating rumors have never been the same in the Korean entertainment industry! Following the previous hype of BLACKPINK Lisa’s romantic relationship, for the hundredth time, netizens claimed to have collected evidence of all these dating rumors between Kpop idols and Kdrama actors, but nobody seems to have either confirmed or made official statements to clarify the issues.
So, does this mean that there are chances and even the slightest possibility of truth in these Korean celebrities’ dating rumors? Let’s dive into each of the cases and see if you can believe all the alleged evidence.
All the Dating Rumors Among Kpop Idols and Kdrama Stars This Week
1. Bae Suzy and Park Bo Gum
First of all, the most viral Korean dating rumors this week came from the Kdrama—and Korean movie—actors Bae Suzy and Park Bo Gum. Following the recent release of their latest movie, “Wonderland,” these Korean stars have created a massive buzz of dating rumors that shook the global Hallyu-wave universe.
While Suzy and Park Bo Gum have long been famous for being colleagues, the new photos released after this new project sparked different opinions. Not only were the two Korean stars overflowing with romantic chemistry during on-screen photos, but the off-screen photos were no less heart-fluttering.
Unfortunately, while netizens badly wished for the dating rumors to come true between these Kdrama actors, Bae Suzy subtly denied them in an interview.

Secondly among the hottest dating rumors this week came from Kpop 3rd generation idols Suho of EXO and Irene of Red Velvet. While this may just be another day for fans of the two Kpop idols, dating rumors between EXO Suho and Red Velvet Irene have riled up the whole modern-day Kpop netizens.
Earlier this week, Suho and Irene were seen attending aespa’s concert together. And while they did attend the concert with Chanyeol, the two were seated next to each other, triggering the “concert date” rumors. That is especially special when they once did it years ago at Super Junior’s concert in 2017.
And so, this week, dating rumors between EXO Suho and Red Velvet Irene started circulating, particularly among fans who have shipped them for a long time.
3. Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won
Next, we have more dating rumors coming from our lovely Korean stars of “Queen of Tears” Kdrama, Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won.
On July 2, alleged “lovestagram” dating rumors evidence between Kdrama stars Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won circulated on various Korean online communities. At the time, Kim Soo Hyun posted photos with striking similarities to Kim Ji Won’s photos, only to delete them shortly after.
This action caused massive suspicions from global fans, even more so after both actors’ agencies decided to stay silent.
4. BLACKPINK Rosé and ASTRO Cha Eun Woo
Last but not least, more dating rumors came from the Kpop universe. Korean legendary idol Rosé of BLACKPINK once again got caught in dating rumors, but this time it’s with Cha Eun Woo of ASTRO.
Similar to Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won, the dating rumors between Kpop idols BLACKPINK Rosé and ASTRO Cha Eun Woo emerged in Korean communities due to alleged “lovestagram” evidence. According to some TikTok posts, both idols were seen attending the same art exhibition in 2021. And it happened only 15 days apart.
More alleged evidence came when the two Kpop idols took similar photos in 2022. At the time, both BLACKPINK Rosé and ASTRO Cha Eun Woo were in Paris, taking photos at the same restaurant.
Then, there were also moments when the two idols visited the TeamLabs Planets Museum in Japan in 2024. Not to mention that both also shared similar poses, alleging more “lovestagram” rumors.
Finally, we are still waiting for confirmation of these dating rumors between the Kpop and Kdrama stars.
