SHINee is back! After releasing their new album Don’t Call Me, SHINee appears more on-screen. During the 1TheK Originals’ Prison Interview, SHINee members Key, Minho, Taemin, and Onew were asked to complete challenges.
SHINee recommended “easy” at-home workouts in 1TheK Originals’ Prison Interview.
Simple and good
As one of the challenges, SHINee members recommended and showed at-home workouts. Minho came first with his “simple and good” favorite at-home workout.
“You clasp your hands behind your head and simply stretch like this. If you do this, you will stretch your external oblique abdominal muscle.”

After seeing Minho, Key had an idea to recommend to viewers. He carefully sat down and stretched his right leg, imitating a yoga pose. However, it made other members burst out laughing when they saw him.
“Hey, why are you recommending it when you can’t even reach it?”

B-boying ‘freeze’
Well, not only yoga pose, Taemin had a hilarious idea for an at-home workout. He recommended and showed a b-boying technique, ‘freeze’, that not everyone can imitate easily.
Hand exercise
SHINee next recommended at-home workouts is to exercise our hand strength. Taemin continued to give an example. However, it’s another difficult one but not impossible. Taemin recommended a workout that required lifting the body off the ground with arm strength alone.
The impossible ‘really easy’ at-home workout
To wrap the challenge, Minho asked Onew to recommend his ‘really easy’ at-home workout. Onew sat on the floor and was ready to show off Again, other members burst out laughing since it turned out to be impossible even for Onew! He tried to lift his body off the ground and turned it around but ended up falling flat on the ground.
