Spotify, the world’s leading audio streaming platform, has released its much-anticipated 2024 South Korean Music Global Impact List. This list highlights the Top 30 tracks by South Korean artists that made the biggest impact on Spotify outside of South Korea in the second half of 2024.
BTS, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids Lead the Spotify Global Impact List

K-pop continues to dominate international charts, with Jimin’s “Who” taking the top spot as the most-streamed South Korean track globally. BLACKPINK Rosé and Bruno Mars‘ collaboration “APT.” followed at #2, while Jennie‘s “Mantra” secured the #3 position. Stray Kids’ energetic “Chk Chk Boom” landed at #4, and Jimin returned to the list at #5 with “Be Mine.”
BTS members had an overwhelming presence, accounting for 10 of the 30 tracks on the list. Jimin alone secured five solo spots, while Jin, V, and their collaborations also made a strong impact.
- Jin: “Running Wild” (#6), “I’ll Be There” (#8), and the viral hit “Super Tuna” (#23)
- V: “Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN)” (#9) and a festive collaboration “White Christmas (with V of BTS)” (#26)
Additionally, BLACKPINK Rosé secured three tracks, including “number one girl” (#13) and “toxic till the end” (#15). Meanwhile, Stray Kids proved their strong international fanbase by placing four songs in the Top 30. Not only that, aespa, KISS OF LIFE, ENHYPEN each claimed two spots on the list.
Rookie Groups Making a Global Impact
Emerging K-pop artists are gaining massive international traction. BABYMONSTER and MEOVV, two breakout rookie groups of 2024, secured multiple placements:
- BABYMONSTER: “FOREVER” (#11) and “DRIP” (#17)
- MEOVV: “MEOW” (#30)
BABYMONSTER was also Spotify’s RADAR Korea artist in 2024, receiving dedicated editorial support and marketing promotions to expand their global reach.
