The Korean Business Research Institute has announced May’s most popular Kpop boy group members. Find below the top 100 individual Kpop boy group member brand reputation rankings in May 2023.
BTS Jimin Remains Leading in May 2023 TOP 100 Individual KPop Boy Group Member Brand Reputation Rankings
For May’s most popular Kpop boy group members, the Korean Business Research Institute analyzed 96,893,498 big data of 703 members of boy groups from April 20 until May 20, 2023. However, compared to 101,087,440 boy group members in April, it decreased by 4.15 percent. According to the results, BTS’ Jimin, BTS’ V, Wanna One’s Kang Daniel, EXO Baekhyun, and BTS’ Jungkook dominated May’s top five list.
BTS Jimin remained the most popular Kop boy group member and topped the list for the 48th non-consecutive month. However, his brand value decreased by 32.18 percent to 5,434,511 this month.
In the link analysis, the singer with sultry vocals had “participate, release, and record” as the most popular related terms. Meanwhile, in the keyword analysis, the singer had “Like Crazy, OST, and ARMY” as the most popular phrases. Finally, in the positivity-negativity analysis, Jimin earned a positive rate of 86.77 percent.
BTS V rose to second place with a brand value of 3,620,208 this month. While Wanna One’s Kang Daniel remained in third place with a brand value of 3,010,114, EXO Baekhyun climbed to fourth place with a brand value of 2,484,239. Finally, BTS Jungkook secured fifth place this month with a brand value of 2,387,331.
