May 2023 KPop Girl Group Member Brand Reputation Rankings: BLACKPINK Jisoo Holds at No.1
On May 20, the Korean Business Research Institute released the list of the top 100 most popular Kpop girl group members after analyzing 100,664,875 big data of 635 members of girl groups from April 21 to May 21, 2023. However, compared to 107,453,847 individual Kpop girl group members’ brand big data in April, it increased by 4.23 percent.
As a result, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo held onto the No.1 spot, followed by Girls Generation’s Taeyeon, aespa’s Karina, NewJeans’ Minji, and NewJeans’ Hanni, completed the top five girl group members in May.
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo continued to cruise at No. 1 on Kpop girl group members Top 100 with a brand value of 4,674,010 this month. In the link analysis, Dior’s global ambassador had “Lovely, Pretty, Breakthrough” as the popular related terms.
Meanwhile, in the keyword analysis, Jisoo had “Flower, YouTube, and Ambassador” as the popular keywords. Finally, in the positive-negative analysis, the lead vocalist in BLACKPINK earned a positive rate of 84.02 percent.
Soared to No. 2 on the list, Girl Generation’s Taeyeon earned a brand value of 4,254,226, marking an impressive increase of 149.56 percent since last month. aespa’s Karina came close at No. 3 with a brand value increased by 79.65 percent to 2,736,083.
NewJeans’ Minji went down to No. 4 with a brand value of 2,712,999, while NewJeans’ Hanni fell to No. 5 and completed the top five list with a brand value of 2,565,800.
