December 2023 Top Kpop Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings
The Korean Business Research Institute analyzed the consumer behavior of 51,385,078 Kpop boy group brand big data from November 9 to December 9, 2023. Through a comprehensive analysis of the participation, media, communication, and community indexes, they determined the brand reputation index for each Kpop boy group this month. Compared to the 56,039,836 brand big data from November, there was a decrease of 8.31%.
As a result, Kpop male groups BTS, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, ZEROBASEONE, and SHINee dominated the popularity rankings for December 2023.
Top 5 Popular Kpop Boy Groups
1. BTS
BTS continued to dominate the rankings, securing the top spot for the 67th consecutive month with an impressive brand reputation index of 6,947,409.
In the keyword analysis, the highlighted top phrases for BTS were “enlist together,” “documentary,” and “Billboard.” Meanwhile, “enlist,” “record,” and “reveal” emerged as the top popular related terms in the link analysis.
Furthermore, BTS achieved a positivity-negativity analysis score of 85.01 percent of positive reactions. This reflected the strong support and admiration they received from fans. The consumer behavior analysis of the group showed the following results:

- Media Index: 2,212,635
- Communication Index: 3,055,925
- Community Index: 3,637,833
As a result, BTS’s brand reputation index for December experienced a decline of 24.26%. Compared to November, the group’s brand reputation rankings stood at 6,947,409 from 9,173,202 last November.
Nevertheless, BTS remained a powerhouse in the Kpop industry, captivating millions with its music and genuine connection with fans. Their consistent popularity and strong brand reputation solidified their status as frontrunners in the global music scene.
2. SEVENTEEN
Pledis’ K-pop boy group, SEVENTEEN, secured a spot at No. 47 on Rolling Stone’s “The 100 Best Songs Of 2023” list with their song “Super.” Additionally, they have successfully maintained their No. 2 position on the Kpop boy group brand rankings. Here are SEVENTEEN’s indexes for this month:

3. Stray Kids
