On January 7, the Korean Business Research Institute released the January Kpop boy group brand reputation rankings. So let’s find out if your favorite ones are included in the top 50 Kpop boy group brand reputation rankings in January 2023.

BTS Secures #1 Spot in Top 50 Kpop Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings in January 2023

The Korean Business Research Institute has analyzed 64,874,617 Kpop boy group big data collected from December 7, 2022, to January 7, 2023. However, compared to 53,254,856 brand big data of the Kpop boy group in December 2022, it increased by 21.82 percent.

As a result, in January, Kpop boy groups BTS, NCT, SEVENTEEN, Super Junior, and EXO became the five most popular Kpop boy groups.

The septet group from BigHit Agency, BTS, managed to maintain their No. 1 position this month. The group has secured the top spot of Kpop boy groups for 56 months in a row, with a brand reputation index of 10,103,467 this month.

In the link analysis, the boy group’s top-ranking related terms were “record, collaborate, enlist.” Meanwhile, in the keyword analysis, the top-ranking phrases were “Jungkook, Jin, and collab.” In addition, in the positivity-negativity analysis, BTS earned a score of 83.10 percent positive reactions

NCT came up in second position with a brand reputation index of 5,087,767 in January, marking a significant increase of 129.32 percent since December 2022. Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN dropped to the third position this month with a brand reputation index of 3,595,017.

Super Junior’s brand reputation index impressively increased 155.83 percent from last month and rose to fourth place. Finally, rounded out the top five of January Kpop male group brand ranking, EXO rose to the fifth spot with a brand value of 2,805,829.
