TOP 50 Kpop Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings in December 2022

On December 11, the Korean Business Research Institute released the top 50 Kpop girl group brand reputation rankings in December 2022. As a result, NewJeans topped the list, followed by Kpop girl group BLACKPINK, Red Velvet, TWICE, and (G)I-DLE in the top five. NewJeans Tops the Kpop Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings in December 2022

The Korean Business Research Institute analyzed the Kpop girl group brand big data of 51,632,684, collected from November 11, 2022, to December 11, 2022. However, compared to 52,353,317 girl group brand big data last November, it decreased by 1.38 percent.

As a result, the rookie girl group NewJeans ranked No.1 on the list with a brand reputation value of 5,361,953 this month. On the related-term analysis, the group’s top-ranking related terms were “advertise,” “record,” and “select.” Meanwhile, in the keyword analysis, the top-ranking phrases were “Attention,” “YouTube,” and “Best Song.” Additionally, in the positivity-negativity analysis, the group earned a positive reaction of 83.29 percent.

BLACKPINK dropped to No. 2 with a brand reputation index of 5,106,657, which decreased by 10.06 percent from last month. Moreover, Kpop girl group Red Velvet who just released a single, “Birthday,” ranked No.3. The group’s brand reputation index increased by 98.10 percent from 1,713,856 in November to 3,395,199 in December.

Further, JYP’s girl group TWICE ranked No. 4 on the list with a brand reputation value of 3,091,606, which increased by 16.02 percent from last month. And rounding out the top five Kpop girl groups in December, there was (G)I-DLE with a brand reputation index of 2,914,008.
