NewJeans Remains #1 on KPop Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings in March 2023

On March 12, the Korean Business Research Institute published the Kpop brand reputation rankings list for March’s most popular Kpop girl groups. For the list, the institute has analyzed 57,871,378 brand big data of Kpop girl groups from February 12 to March 12, 2023. Compared to 52,437,380 Kpop girl group brand big data in February, it increased by 10.36 percent. As a result, NewJeans, BLACKPINK, H1-KEY, IVE, and (G)I-DLE are in the top five list.

ADOR’s rookie girl group, NewJeans, has topped the list for four straight months since December 2022. This month, NewJeans remained in first place with a brand value of 5,362,902. In the link analysis, the group’s top related terms were “streak, selected, prove.” 

Meanwhile, the group’s top phrases in the keyword analysis were “advertisement model, Billboard, and OMG.” Finally, in the positive-negative analysis, the rookie group earned a positive value of 90.36 percent.

BLACKPINK also remained strong in second place since December last year, with a brand value of 5,069,149. H1-KEY also stayed in third place since February, with a brand value of 3,361,317.

Further, IVE stayed in fourth place this month with a brand value of 2,704,894. (G)I-DLE rose to fifth place and rounded out the top five this month with a brand value of 2,588,873.
