March 2024 Top Kpop Rookie Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings
The Korean Business Research Institute collected 19,996,511 data points on the brand reputation of a new Kpop idol group. They analyzed this data from February 1, 2024, to March 1, 2024. Subsequently, they observed a 3.03% decrease compared to the 20,621,928 data points collected in February.
The Institute analyzed the brand reputation of Kpop rookie idol groups by combining the brand categories for male and female groups. They evaluated the Brand Reputation Index by assessing consumer participation, media presence, communication strength, and community involvement. The analysis used the data of rookie idol groups that debuted in 2022, utilizing big data.
Here are the top 30 brand reputation rankings for the most popular Kpop rookie idol groups, including both female and male idol groups, for January, February, and March 2024.

In March 2024, according to the Korean Business Research Institute’s analysis results, RIIZE, TWS, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, and H1-KEY dominated the top 5 brand reputation rankings for rookie idol groups.
1. RIIZE
SM Entertainment’s Kpop mal group, RIIZE, maintained its top position in the brand popularity ranking of rookie idol groups in March 2024. They achieved a brand reputation index of 3,738,774. It increased 21.31% from February’s index of 3,082,011. These are the breakdowns of their indices:
- Participation Index: 536,158
- Media Index: 835,651
- Communication Index: 1,159,465
- Community Index: 1,207,500
In the link analysis, the terms “familiar, active, loved” were identified as high-ranking terms related to the group. In keyword analysis, “Love 119,” “Get Guitar,” and “Wonbin” were highlighted as the most popular keywords associated with RIIZE. Additionally, the group achieved a positive ratio of 82.04% in the positive-negative ratio analysis.
2. TWS
A new Kpop male group under PLEDIS, TWS, who debuted last January, rose to the second position in the brand popularity ranking. Their brand reputation index saw an impressive increase of 93.20%, rising from 1,613,800 in February to 3,117,868 in March. These are the breakdowns of their indices:

3. LE SSERAFIM
This month, the rookie girl group LE SSERAFIM, who recently released a new single titled “EASY,” dropped to the third place in the rookie idol brand popularity rankings. In March, they achieved a brand reputation index of 1,897,611, marking a 19.23% decrease from the February index of 2,349,272. These are the breakdowns of their indices:

5. H1-KEY
In March, the Kpop female group H1-KEY, who recently released their new single “Deeper,” maintained their fifth position in the rankings.
