That is until fans spotted TREASURE Doyoung and Junghwang entering the YG Entertainment building on August 2. According to various media reports, TREASURE Doyoung and Junghwan were seen entering the building with the other 10 TREASURE members.

Confirmation from YG Entertainment

To answer the emerging questions, YG Entertainment finally released an official statement on August 3.

According to the statement, YG Entertainment has confirmed TREASURE Doyoung and Junghwan COVID-19 recovery. Moreover, all the other TREASURE members and staff had tested negative for COVID-19. Also, they have all completed their quarantine on July 29.

However, although TREASURE Doyoung and Junghwan had been discharged from the treatment center on July 23 and 26, they were willing to be “respectively and voluntarily quarantined at home for another week”.

YG Entertainment Official Statement

“This is YG Entertainment. We are pleased to inform you that TREASURE members Doyoung and Junghwan have recovered from COVID-19. In addition, all other members of TREASURE and surrounding staff also tested negative with the final COVID-19 test and have completely been released from quarantine as of July 29.
Doyoung and Junghwan were discharged from the living treatment center on July 23 and 26 respectively and voluntarily quarantined at home for another week. In accordance with the clinical judgement from medical staff, they stated that there was no longer a risk of spreading the infection.
We would like to thank the fans for their concern and the medical staff who are working hard in the sweltering heat to overcome COVID-19. Thank you for supporting TREASURE, who will comeback in good health.
Going forward, we prioritize the healthy and safety of our artists and employees and will thoroughly comply with quarantine guidelines and health authorities and do our best to ensure there are no disruptions to our scheduled activities.”
