Choi Jin Hyuk Ended Up Being Arrested
Therefore, since Choi Jin Hyuk had been careful during the COVID-19 about drinking in front of the others before 10 PM, the actor agreed without knowing that the bar was actually operating illegally. And that is why it resulted in him being arrested by South Korean police.
“Choi Jin Hyuk had no idea that the bar was open illegally. Therefore, he mistakenly thought that there would be no problem with staying there until 10 PM. However, because it was a bar that was not allowed to be open under the current level of social distancing guidelines, he was caught for violating COVID-19 prevention regulations at about 8:20 PM.”
