TWITTER Announced the Most-Tweeted Kpop Accounts of 2020-KpopPost

Twitter announced a ranking of the most-tweeted Kpop accounts in 2020 globally on December 8. They analyzed accounts and tweets from Twitter accounts all over the world.

The Most-Tweeted Kpop Account

BTS official account (@BTS_twt) became the Most-Tweeted Account, Most-Tweeted Kpop account, and Most-Tweeted Musician Account globally this year. This is the fourth year that BTS became the Most-Tweeted account since 2017.

The second Most-Tweeted Kpop account after BTS is EXO (@weareoneEXO). This year EXO Suho and Kai announced their solo debut, making EXOL (EXO fans) excited. To celebrate his solo debut promotion, Suho held a Twitter Blueroom live in March. Moreover, Kai’s solo debut announcement tweet received 310,000 likes and 140,000 retweets.

Following the two boy groups, there is BLACKPINK (@BLACKPINK) in the third place for Most-Tweeted Kpop accounts globally. Besides, the girl group under YG Entertainment also placed number 7 for Most-Tweeted Musicians worldwide.

After BTS, EXO, and BLACKPINK, there are SEVENTEEN (@pledis17), GOT7 (@GOT7Official, NCT 127 (@NCTsmtown_127), TXT (@TXT_members), ATEEZ (@ATEEZofficial), TREASURE (@treasuremembers), and STRAY KIDS (@Stray_Kids).
