Is THE GLORY Season 3 Really Possible, According to Lee Do Hyun
Sports Chosun reported an exclusive interview of The Glory Korean drama actor Lee Do Hyun with Cosmopolitan on March 18. In the interview, The Glory actor Lee Do Hyun shared various details and his thoughts about the Korean drama.
One of the defining lines he thought was best in The Glory Korean drama was when Joo Yeo Jeong declared that he would be Moon Dong Eun’s executioner for her revenge plans.
“I’ll do it. I will be your executioner.”
Joo Yeo Jeong, The Glory.
According to The Glory actor Lee Do Hyun, this line was the best yet the most difficult at the same time. That was because he believed the line represented the most challenging scene he had to overcome.
“I remember that line being the most difficult for me. That scene was like a huge mountain to me. So yes, I think that’s the line.”

In addition, Lee Do Hyun also mentioned that his favorite scene was when Joo Yeo Jeong met the serial killer Kang Young Cun wearing his doctor’s robe. Seeing the actor appear with such bruises helped Lee Do Hyun got into character.
It was when the production staff mentioned that fans wished for The Glory Season 3. And about the issue, Lee Do Hyun agreed that he would also support The Glory Season 3.
Unfortunately, Lee Do Hyun refused to comment further.
“It would indeed be nice to have a Season 3. But I will not comment any further about it.”

How Many Seasons the Korean Drama Would Need, According to the Other Cast
Finally, along with Lee Do Hyun, other cast members of The Glory stated their opinions regarding how many seasons the Korean drama would need.
Netflix posted a video where the villain cast of The Glory and actor Jung Sung Il reacted to speculations about the Korean drama. In the video, the cast responded to a fan’s wish that Moon Dong Eun won’t just forgive the bullies. And that’s when the hilarious discussion began.
Actor Park Sung Hoon, who played Jeon Jae Joon, questioned whether there would be an appropriate level of revenge. After all, revenge is a long and painful journey because there is no way someone would get the same level of revenge as what they had experienced in the past.
That is why revenge will always end up as an endless cycle. In the case of Moon Dong Eun, if the cycle continues, Han Ye Sol and Moon Dong Eun’s future heir would possibly be the ones to continue the revenge cycle.
That was when actor Kim Gun Woo, who played Son Myeong Oh, chimed in. He asked just how many seasons The Glory would need, and Park Sung Hoon hilariously answered more than 120 seasons.
However, actresses Cha Joo Young and Kim Hieora explained that if The Glory continued with multiple seasons, the story would never end. After all, the villains would also conduct their own revenge if the story continues.
“Before this, we have actually had many discussions about this topic too.
If THE GLORY had multiple seasons, the story would just go on and on continuously. And there is no way it would end.”
Cha Joo Young.
“Yeah. After all, we also have people to take revenge, too, right?”
