Veteran actor Lee Byung Hun, known for his role in “Squid Game,” is in discussions to star in “Koreans,” the Korean adaptation of the American spy drama series “The Americans,” running for six seasons from 2013 to 2018.
The series follows two spies who posed as a married couple during the Cold War in the United States. The Korean adaptation will be set against the backdrop of a divided Korea.
